The exhibition, which was prepared in cooperation with the Mazovian Museum (Muzeum Mazowieckie) in Płock, is the first exhibition in the Silesian region providing such a broad presentation of art created in approximately 1900. It encompasses all fields of art, including architecture and stained glass in a multimedial form. Presentation of functional and decorative objects from Silesian museums confirms the international nature of the Art Nouveau style. In addition, it shows the directions of permeation of influences and adoption of impressive objects.

A publication accompanying the exhibition includes some most interesting issues of the Art Nouveau style in the Silesian province and characteristics of the collection of the Mazovian Museum (Muzeum Mazowieckie).
